so bright it's like reflecting light off the mirror..

have you seen the moon tonight?

all by itself, lighting up the cool dark sky..
sunlight that it reflects cast long skinny shadows that are different from daytime.
the glow from its rays blind the sparkles of the stars in the night.
the flaws in it are hidden in that perfect circle.
a circle so round you could only admire once every 30 days.

and yet..
for being so bright..
for being about to hide its flaws..
for being so circular..
for its periodic frequency..

one fact you can't deny..
the moon is a lone figure..
always alone..if not hiding behind those clouds..
